M1 Twin Highway Service Centres

Mamre Road Upgrade - Stage 1

We are delivering concreting solutions for the Mamre Road Upgrade Stage 1, part of a $200 million TfNSW infrastructure program.

Our works involve intricate steel reinforcement placement, precision formwork systems and technically demanding large volume pours for pavements, foundations, culverts and drainage structures.

We excel in sequencing complex pours, coordinating with multiple work fronts and maintaining consistent quality in variable weather and site conditions. Working closely with project partners and other trades, we ensure smooth collaboration and efficient delivery. Leveraging our expertise in civil construction, we deliver structurally sound, dimensionally accurate, and longlasting concrete assets that exceed performance requirements.

M7-M12 Integration Project

As part of the $1.7 billion M7–M12 Integration Project supporting the growth of Western Sydney, our team is delivering complex civil and concrete works for John Holland across multiple work fronts.

Our scope includes the construction of transition barriers, shared user paths, lean-mix concrete pavements and continuously reinforced concrete pavements (CRCP), along with the installation of ACO surface drainage systems and no-fines subsoil drains.

We are also undertaking a range of FRP activities, including cast in situ pit risers, existing junction pit conversions, pipe culverts, open drains and cast-in-situ and precast pit covers. Our works extend to blinding concrete placement, falsework and formwork design, supply and removal, steel fixing, installation of cast-in items such as pit lifters, concrete placement and finishing, block-outs in pits and headwalls and the drilling and epoxy installation of step irons.

Working within live traffic environments, we maintain exceptional precision and safety standards across all stages of FRP delivery. Leveraging our civil expertise, we deliver structurally sound, high-quality concrete and drainage infrastructure that meets stringent TfNSW specifications, contributing to the widening of the M7 and the seamless new M12 connection serving Western Sydney Airport.

The M1 Twin Highway Service Centres project at Cooranbong is a major infrastructure development delivering new northbound and southbound 24-hour highway service facilities along the M1 Pacific Motorway, including fuel, retail and associated civil infrastructure to support growing traffic demand in the region. The project involves large-scale earthworks, drainage, retaining walls, pavements, motorway access ramps and associated structural and service works across both sites.

CL Civil Works was engaged to deliver the structural concrete package for the project, including formwork, reinforcement, concrete placement, joint installation and associated finishing works across key structural and pavement elements. The works were delivered in accordance with TfNSW and NATSPEC specifications within a live, multi-staged civil construction environment requiring close coordination across concurrent work fronts.
